All products purchased from TENUP are not eligible for return once delivered.

We request customers to carefully review the product description, size chart, and selected variant before placing an order.

No Refund Policy

We follow a strict no refund policy on all successfully delivered orders.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Preference change after delivery
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Minor color variation due to screen display

Exchange for Damaged / Wrong Product Only

Although returns and refunds are not accepted, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item in package

Order Cancellation
